Here are Three Things to Know for Monday, March 2:
1. The high school spring sports season officially opens today. The East Bladen and West Bladen boys’ tennis teams and the golf teams from each schools have matches today.
2: Bladen County Career and Job Fair is Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bladen Community College Auditorium. Event is free to vendors and the public. Information: 862-3255.
3: Primary election is Tuesday. Polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. at all 17 precincts. Click here for a list of polling sites. Voting will be done by Democrat or Republican party to nominate candidates for November’s general election.
