WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) congratulated the University of North Carolina Tar Heels men’s basketball team for defeating the Gonzaga Bulldogs to win the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Championship:
