WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) delivered a Senate floor speech honoring the life and service of fallen Shelby K-9 Police Officer Tim Brackeen. Officer Brackeen passed away on Monday after succumbing to gunshot wounds he sustained in the line of duty over the weekend.
