On Wednesday morning the town of Bladenboro has issued a voluntary evacuation for individuals who are living in low-lying areas subject to flooding or who live in mobile homes in or around the Bladenboro area to evacuate. Emergency shelters will open at 12 noon today.
Shelter locations are:
*East Bladen High School located at 5600 NC 87 East, Elizabethtown;
*West Bladen High School located at 1600 NC 410, Bladenboro;
*Bladen Lakes Primary School located at 9554 Johnsontown Road, Elizabethtown;
*East Arcadia Elementary School located at 21451 NC 87 East, Riegelwood.
