The Elizabethtown Town Council will conduct its annual Budget Retreat on February 27, 2018, at the Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery located at 195 Vineyard Drive, Elizabethtown, NC. The purpose of the Budget Retreat will be to present and discuss a variety of municipal topics.
