Pursuant to requirements of the Town of White Lake Zoning Ordinance Section 4-4.3(B), notice is hereby given that a virtual public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to gather public comment on Special Use Permit #15117 for Harry’s RV Park regarding the following property:

Citizens desiring to speak at the Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial Process) may either join the meeting remotely or may come to the White Lake Municipal Building at 1879 White Lake Dr. where there will be a setup to join the meeting in the Council Chambers. Citizens wishing to partake in the meeting in person must wear a face covering and follow all COVID-19 guidelines. Temperatures will be checked upon entering the building.

Substantial changes in the permit request may be made following the public hearing. A copy of the proposed use may be reviewed during normal business hours at the Administrative Services Director’s office in the Municipal Building, 1879 White Lake Dr., White Lake, NC. This 2 nd day of April, 2021.
