Here is a list of closings, cancellations and postponements related to Tropical Storm Debby as of 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 7:

• To report non-emergency road hazards such as downed trees, downed power lines and flooded roadways, call Bladen County Emergency Operations Center at 910-862-7831 or 910-862-7810

• Bladen County declares state of emergency and announces government offices will be closed Thursday, August 8, including solid waste sites

• Bladen County will open shelters at 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 7 at the following locations: West Bladen High School, 1600 NC 410, Bladenboro; East Arcadia Primary School, 21451 NC 87, East Arcadia; and Centerville Baptist Church, 18577, NC 53, Kelly

• Bladen County Sheriff’s Office will be closed Thursday, August 8. Available for non-emergency calls at 910-862-8141 or in an emergency 9-1-1

• Bladen Community College will be closed Thursday, August 8

• Elizabethtown Town Hall will be closed Thursday, August 8

• Elizabethtown Christian Academy, including the after school program, will be closed Thursday, August 8

• Bladen County Clerk’s Office will be closed Thursday, August 8

• Bladen County District Court has been cancelled for Thursday, August 8

• Town of Clarkton declares state of emergency and town offices will be closed Thursday, August 8

• Town of Bladenboro declares State of Emergency and sets curfew beginning Wednesday, August 7 at 11 p.m. and ending Friday, August 9 at 7 p.m. Town offices will be closed Thursday, August 8.

• Bladen County Schools system will be closed Thursday, August 8

• Emereau Bladen Charter School announces clases will begin Monday, August 12
