Hermine3According to the National Weather Service Tropical Storm Hermine has moved in southeastern South Carolina. As of 2 p.m., the National Hurricane Center located the storm at about 80 miles west-southwest Charleston, SC, and moving is moving up the coast at about 18 mph.

 

Bladen County remains under a Tropical Storm Warning and a flash flood watch remains in effect until 8 a.m. Saturday. The National Weather Service is forecasting between 4 to 7 inches of rain with some localized receiving potentially heavier amounts.
