While Bladen County is still reeling form the effects of Hurricane Florence another storm, Hurricane Michael has now formed in the Gulf of Mexico.

While the National Weather Service Office in Wilmington says it is still too early to tell specific impacts the storm may have, residents with roof damage are encouraged to prepare for rainfall beginning overnight Wednesday and continuing into Friday. Southeastern North Carolina could potentially see rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches.
