A truck attempting to make a delivery to the Minuteman Foodmart at the intersection of Peanut Road and West Broad Street stuck a telephone line belonging to Century Link. The telephone line was pulled down in the incident.
The driver of the Pepsi truck, Donnie Lowery, will not be charged in the incident, according to Sgt. Martin with the Elizabethtown Police Department.
Phone service could be disrupted in some locations on Peanut Road and West Broad Street towards Dublin, according to Century Link technicians. A Century Link crew is on the scene working to repair the damage.
