Former West Bladen golfer and Clarkton native Kayla Thompson participated in the Clemson Invitational Golf Tournament held March 31-April 2 at The Reserve At Lake Keowee.
Kayla shot rounds of 82-76-77=235 to tie for 82nd place. UNCW came in 15th place in the tourney. The final event in the season for the UNCW Lady Seahawks will be the CAA Championship in Williamsburg, Virginia on April 14-16.
