A two-month undercover operation by the Elizabethtown Police Department and Bladen County Sheriff’s Office resulted in eight people being arrested Sunday, and authorities searching for four additional suspects.

The operation targeted street level crack cocaine dealers, says Elizabethtown Police Chief Bobby Kinlaw. Officers focused on known narcotic dealers, problem areas and complaints from the community, Kinlaw said.

Arrested were:

** Thomas Lemont Daniels, 36, of the 1400 block of Baldwin Branch Church Road, Elizabethtown, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, and maintain a dwelling for a controlled substance. Bail was set at $76,000.

** Donnie Demonte Kemp, 36, of the 100 block of Foxtrot Lane, Elizabethtown, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, and maintain a vehicle for a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000.

** Marvin Lamar McKiver, 31, of the 200 block of Wright Street, Elizabethtown, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, and maintain a vehicle for a controlled substance. Bail was set at $85,000.

** Cedric Lemora McKoy, 32, of the 900 block of Joel Street, Elizabethtown, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, and maintain a vehicle for a controlled substance. Bail was set at $60,000.

** Darrell Laron Rhodie Jr., 24, of the 100 block of Mack Lane, Elizabethtown, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $126,000.

** Antonia Nicole Smith, 26, of the 300 block of West Gill Street, Elizabethtown, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, and maintain a dwelling for a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000.

** Stephano Orlando Smith, 32, of the 1400 block of Gibson Dairy Road, Elizabethtown, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, and maintain a dwelling for a controlled substance. Bail was not available.

** Paul Troy, 29, of the 300 block of Lucy’s Drive, Clarkton, on charges of possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, and manufacture cocaine. Bail was set at $75,000.

Four other people have warrants for their arrests on related charges. They are:

** Bernard Ernest Murchison, 51, of the 1400 block of Baldwin Branch Church Road, Elizabethtown.

** Anthony Sentel Cowen, 35, of the 300 block of South Lower Street, Elizabethtown.

** Joseph Anton Barr, 34, of the 200 block of White Plains Church Road, Elizabethtown.

** Patrick Rhodie, 33, of the 400 block of South Lower Street, Elizabethtown.
