One more candidate has opted to file for a seat on the Bladen County Board of Commissioners on Friday. The Bladen County board of Elections staff issued an updated listing of all of the candidates who have filed for election.
William D. Whitley , a Democrat, of Tar Heel has filed seeking election to the Bladen County Commissioner District 3 seat which is currently held by incumbent Democrat Russell Priest of Elizabethtown.
