All branches of the Bladen County Public Library plan to reopen tomorrow barring any unforeseen damage. However, due to
continuing road issues, all branches will close at 6pm to allow staff time to travel home before dark making it easier to identify unsafe road conditions and avoid them according to Ms. Kelsey Edwards, Director of Bladen County Library.
