The North Carolina Department of Transportation has announced an updated listing of roads that are currently closed in Bladen County. They are as follows:
Old N.C. 20
Old NC 20 was closed starting Monday, March 26, 2018, at 7 A.M., 2.31 miles west of NC Hwy. 87 W.
Center Road
Center Road is closed with a posted detour in both directions. The road is closed for bridge construction and miscellaneous roadway work. It is expected to be closed until July 3, 2018.
Mercer Mill Road
Mercer Mill was closed starting Monday, February 26th, to replace Bridge 32 and was anticipated to remain closed for 120 days. It is located just North of the Rosindale Road intersection. It is currently posed at 5 tons.
UPCOMING CLOSINGS:
Tobermory Road
Tobermory Road will close on Tuesday, April 10th, to replace cross over.
