The April 19 Thundering Herd winner was the team of Jake Womble, Ty Wilson, Wyatt Bordeaux and Billy Augustine with a score of 7-under par.
In second place was Will Fisher, Jimmy Davis, Blake Davis and Chad Garner with a score of 6-under par.
The next Thundering Herd will be held Thursday, May 3 at 6 p.m. Anyone interested in playing should call the pro shop at 910-247-6132.
Some low scores shot recently was Brian Tart 69, Ricky Marvin 73 and Phillip Smoak 75. Our two Canadian members, on their last day this spring at Vineyard Golf, shot their age. Brian Darling, age 74, shot 74, and Ross Gillis, age 85, shot 74 … both carrying their own bags.
