Bladenboro and Clarkton School of Discovery remained unbeaten after Tuesday’s Waccmaw Conference middle school volleyball games. Elizabethtown split a pair of contests and Tar Heel dropped two games.
In Bladenboro, the Bulldogs swept Elizabethtown in straight sets 25-19 and 25-23 to improve to 3-0 this season. Bladenboro also was scheduled to play Whiteville, but the opponent failed to show for Tuesday’s games. Elizabethtown defeated West Columbus 25-6, 25-21.
In Clarkton, the Blue Devils moved to 4-0 this season with a 2-set win against Tabor City and a 3-set victory against Williams Township.
In Nakina, the Tar Heel Panthers lost to Nakina 25-11, 25-15 and fell to East Columbus 25-11, 25-15.
The four Bladen middle school volleyball teams next are scheduled to play Monday, November 18 and Tuesday, November 19.

at Bladenboro, 4 p.m.: Bladenboro vs. Williams Township; Bladenboro vs. West Columbus
at Tabor City, 4 p.m.: Clarkton vs. Nakina; Tar Heel vs. Clarkton; Tar Heel vs. Tabor City
at Whiteville, 4 p.m.: Elizabethtown vs. Whiteville; Elizabethtown vs. East Columbus
Tuesday, November 19
at Elizabethtown, 4 p.m.: Bladenboro vs. Elizabethtown; Elizabethtown vs. West Columbus; Bladenboro vs. Whiteville
at Williams Township, 4 p.m.: Tar Heel vs. Williams Township; Tar Heel vs. Nakina
at Tabor City, 4 p.m.: Clarkton vs. Tabor City; Clarkton vs. East Columbus
