BLADENBORO – West Bladen defeated East Columbus 3-0 on Tuesday night in Three Rivers Conference volleyball action by set scores of 25-22, 25-21 and 25-17.
Junior Sidnee Walters poured in 10 kills, 4 aces, 4 service points and was credited with 12 assists and 2 digs for the winners. Senior Mikayla Meadows hammered in 11 kills, 4 service points, 2 aces, a solo block and had 4 digs. Junior Shelby Pharr pounded in 7 kills, 6 service points, an ace and had one dig.

Junior Ashlyn Cox racked up 11 assists, 6 service points, 2 aces and a dig for West Bladen. Senior Lexi Corrothers knocked in 7 kills, 4 service points, an ace and had 3 digs.
Senior Jordan Benson sparked the Lady Knight defense with 14 digs. Junior Amelia Brisson finished with 4 digs, 2 aces, 2 service points, a kill and an assist. Erica Storms added one kill.
Coach Gaye Davis’ Lady Knights improved to 7-4 in the TRC and 9-4 overall. West Bladen will travel to Whiteville on Tuesday night.
