Junior Kassidy Anderson poured in 24 service points to lead West Bladen to a 3-0 non-conference volleyball victory over visiting St. Pauls Monday night.
Anderson also slammed in 7 aces and 2 kills and led West with 5 digs. Junior Logan Autry hammered in 7 kills, an ace and 10 service points and was credited with 5 assists and 2 digs.
Senior Lorna Smith pounded in 4 kills, an ace and 2 service points and had one dig for the winners. Junior Jenna Dove collected 3 digs, 2 service points and an ace.
Junior Laikyn Pait contributed 3 service points, an ace and 2 kills for the Lady Knights. Junior Morgan Schumacher filled the stat sheet with 2 kills, 2 blocks, 2 service points, an ace and a dig.
Junior Kathryn Schultz finished with 2 kills, a block and a service point for West Bladen, and teammate Kaylee Stevens smacked 2 kills.
“The girls are all looking so much better,” said Lady Knight Coach Gaye Davis. “We are progressing as a team.”
West Bladen improved to 3-2 with the victory and will travel to West Columbus Tuesday.
