BLADENBORO – Whiteville defeated West Bladen 3-0 Tuesday night in Three Rivers Conference volleyball action by set scores of 25-15, 25-17 and 25-11.
Junior Lexie Corrothers hammered in 7 kills, a block, 2 service points and had a dig for the Lady Knights. Senior Raegan Davis slammed in 5 kills, a block, a service point, dished out a team-high 11 assists and had one dig.
Senior Caroline Davis contributed a team-high 11 digs for West. Junior Jordan Benson was credited with 4 assists, 4 digs and a service point. Sophmore Sidnee Walters tallied 4 service points, a kill, a block and a dig.
Junior Mikayla Meadows knocked in 2 kills and 2 blocks. Sophmore Amelia Brisson finished with 2 kills and a block. Junior Tatiana Hunt racked up 5 digs, and sophomore Shelby Pharr added a service point and a kill.
West Bladen will travel to South Columbus Wednesday for a 4:30 match.
