The latest weather briefing from the National Weather Service includes some periods of heavy rain and possible for Monday due to a low-pressure system passing off the coast. This will lead to dryer air and above normal temperatures from mid to late week.
A small craft advisory through Monday and into Tuesday morning is accompanied by possible coastal flooding along the lower Cape Fear River, including downtown Wilmington on Tuesday and Wednesday. Click Here for the details.
