The National Weather Service of Wilmington released their weekly briefing this morning.
In the briefing there is an updated graphic from the National Hurricane Center to show the latest Elsa forecast cone that came out at 8 AM this morning. (The updated graphic on Elsa’s cone is below.) The slide above is the traditional weekly briefing, to give a glimpse on what’s happening before and after Elsa.
The NWS will be coordinating with the NHC for another briefing on all things Elsa.
