Spread the love

by Bladen Online Team

Every Thursday, the BladenOnline Team publishes a new video with recipes. In last’s week recipe video, the team prepared pizza! Also, they had two exciting guests helping from Wilmington; Lacy and Eli!

The team wanted to diversify a bit, so we made two pizzas. For meat lovers, we fix pepperoni pizza. On the other hand, we prepared a tasty vegan pizza. Following are the ingredients and directions the team gave in the video.

Ingredients:

Pepperoni pizza:

  • Chef Boyardee cheese pizza kit.
  • One tablespoon of butter or margarine.
  • One tablespoon of oil.
  • Pepperoni.
  • Mozzarella cheese.
  • Parmesan cheese. (optional)

Vegan pizza:

  • Chef Boyardee cheese pizza kit.
  • One tablespoon of butter or margarine.
  • One tablespoon of oil.
  • Sliced onions.
  • Sliced green peppers.
  • Black sliced olives.
  • Mozzarella cheese.
  • Parmesan cheese. (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix both the ingredients from both pouches of dough mix with one and one-third cups of very warm water. Mix it all until it forms a loose wet dough.
  2. When the dough is mixed, drizzle a tablespoon of oil over it. Then roll it around.
  3. Cover it and set it in a warm spot for about five minutes. Tip: Put a bit of hot water in the bottom of the sink, drape a dish towel over the bowl and set it in the sink for five minutes.
  4. After the time has passed, uncover the bowl, and split the dough between two. Tip: You can also use one big pan to make a giant pizza.
  5. Each dough must be about 12-inch pizza. If you want to try both pizzas, use one dough for the pepperoni and the other for the vegan pizza.
  6. Smoosh the dough around all the pan.
  7. Divide the sauce that came in the pizza kit and pour it into your pizzas.
  8. Distribute the sauce all around the pans.
  9. Cover the pan with cheese to your liking.

Pepperoni pizza:

  • Grab one of the pans already filled with the dough mix, sauce, and cheese. Then distribute the pepperoni all over it.

Vegan pizza:

  • Saute onions and peppers separately in a tablespoon of butter or margarine. Stir constantly and wait until they are nice and tender.
Grab one of the pans already filled with the dough mix, sauce, and cheese. Then distribute the onions, peppers, and black olives over the pan.

  • Tip: Put a little bit more cheese on top of the pizzas.
  • Put the pizzas into the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Rotate the pizzas after 12 minutes and then bake for an additional 12 to 14 minutes. Tip: Put the oven timer on for 20 minutes and check it for not overcooking.

Although Charlotte couldn’t participate in the cooking, she did give us an excellent review of the dish! We expect to see your opinion about the pizza in the comments. We would also like requests on recipes you would like us to make!
