The West Bladen High School Fire Academy students are busy preparing for an upcoming competition at the Skills USA State Conference in Greensboro. While the students have been studying hard and preparing themselves, they received a helping hand from some local folks who are eager to see them bring home the gold!
Elizabethtown Fire Chief, Nick West presents a check to West Bladen Fire Academy Chief Gary Estep on behalf of the Elizabethtown Fire Fighters Association.
David Hunsinger, Tarheel Fire Department Chief, presents a check to West Bladen Fire Academy Chief Estep.
The donations will assist in sponsoring the WBHS Fire Safety students as they attend and compete at the Skills USA State Conference and Competition in Greensboro.
