Folks now have a new location to shop for gift baskets, wreaths and more. White Lake Gift Baskets and More owned and operated by Lizzie Gaillard has opened on NC 41 East. Gaillard celebrated her grand opening on Saturday.
The business features an array of handmade wreaths, handmade bows, gift items, and of course, gift baskets made to order. There are also wooden cut-out door hangers and more.
“I enjoy it,” said Gaillard when asked about assembling the gift baskets.
The gift baskets feature items such as tea sets, chocolate sets, bath accessories, dishes, lotions, socks, and more.
“I’ve been dong this for about ten years and just decided it was time,” said Gaillard of opening the store.
The gift shop is located at 7951 Hwy 41 East near White Lake about one-half mile past the Scotchman Store.
The store’s hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sundays from 1 until 6 p.m.
