The term futurism guides the artist towards the tomorrow. The primary purpose of this movement (Futurism) was to magnify the modern era. People would achieve this goal in different areas by using several techniques but overall fresh and renovated ideas.

Futurism is one of the several movements that emerged around the XX Century. Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, Italian editor, poet, and dramaturge, was the one who opened the doors of this style to the world.

Around 1909, Marinetti proclaimed the article that would make him famous; the Futurism manifest. In this handwritten, Marinetti expressed his point of view about the marvelous of the future. Marinetti focused his writing on describing the power of machines and new technology. Moreover, he centered on exposing three essential aspects; speed, energy, and movement. Finally, the Manifest was published by Le Figaro diary.

It should be noticed that, back then, the future had another perspective different from what it is now—however, some of the postulates of this movement can be related to nowadays inventions and advances.

Another principal aspect within Futurism prevails in the ideas about violence. Futurism looked forward to the rush and furor encouraging people to a conflict and ambivalence environment. Further, these ideas managed to unleash a disdain for institutions as museums and libraries.

This artistic movement was born to scandalize the future and bring down the past. As its name indicates, Futurism is a movement focused on the prospect and its development. The exaltation about these concepts made way for the modern age to prosper. Indeed, the energy and vitality were hands in hand with the theories of dynamism and velocity.

The identity of the modern world was able to be expressed in different ways. Futurism is an art as well as a literary movement.

The art inside a futurist context had its own techniques. The boldness was essential in futurism art when using resplendent colors. In addition, artists attempted to express the machine in its different displays. On the other hand, Futurism as a literacy movement seeks to manifest power by creative writings, such as poems and publicity.

El término futurismo guía al artista hacia el mañana. El propósito principal de este movimiento (futurismo) era magnificar la era moderna. La gente lograría este objetivo en diferentes áreas mediante el uso de varias técnicas pero, en general, ideas frescas y renovadas.

El futurismo es uno de los varios movimientos que surgieron alrededor del siglo XX. Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, editor, poeta y dramaturgo italiano, fue quien abrió las puertas de este estilo al mundo.

Alrededor de 1909, Marinetti proclamó el artículo que lo haría famoso; el manifiesto del futurismo. En este manuscrito, Marinetti expresó su punto de vista sobre lo maravilloso del futuro. Marinetti centró su escritura en describir el poder de las máquinas y las nuevas tecnologías. Además, se centró en exponer tres aspectos esenciales; velocidad, energía y movimiento. Finalmente, el Manifiesto fue publicado por el diario Le Figaro.

Cabe señalar que, en ese entonces, el futuro tenía otra perspectiva diferente a la actual, sin embargo, algunos de los postulados de este movimiento pueden relacionarse con los inventos y avances de hoy.

Otro aspecto principal dentro del futurismo prevalece en las ideas sobre la violencia. El futurismo esperaba que la prisa y el furor alentaran a la gente a un entorno de conflicto y ambivalencia. Además, estas ideas lograron desatar un desdén por las instituciones como museos y bibliotecas.

Este movimiento artístico nació para escandalizar el futuro y derribar el pasado. Como su nombre indica, el futurismo es un movimiento centrado en la perspectiva y su desarrollo. La exaltación de estos conceptos dio paso a la prosperidad de la era moderna. De hecho, la energía y la vitalidad iban de la mano con las teorías del dinamismo y la velocidad.

La identidad del mundo moderno pudo expresarse de diferentes maneras. El futurismo es un arte y un movimiento literario.

El arte dentro de un contexto futurista tenía sus propias técnicas. La audacia fue fundamental en el arte del futurismo al utilizar colores resplandecientes. Además, los artistas intentaron expresar la máquina en sus diferentes pantallas. Por otro lado, el futurismo como movimiento de alfabetización busca manifestar el poder mediante escritos creativos, como poemas y publicidad.
