Thoughts While ShavingOne more reminder of the Summer Sounds Concert from 6 to 9 PM today at Cape Fear Farmers Market.  Music provided by The Pizzaz Band and it is free.  Bring a chair, if you think you need one, sit and enjoy with friends or dance ’til you hearts content..

It’s easy to say nice things about good folks.

Want to complain about what’s wrong with America?  Get a legal pad and begin.  Then get a larger pad and write about what’s right with America.  Not perfect, but the best place in the world to live.

For some reason, been humming Ernie Ford tunes, like Sixteen Tons, Mule Train, John Henry, Shenandoah, John Henry, Peace in the Valley, Shotgun Boogie, The Ballad of Davy Crockett and so many more; pop, country and gospel. He could do them all.
