RALEIGH – Computers at the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicle’s driver license offices are working again after a problem earlier this morning temporarily disabled services at offices statewide.
A problem with NCDMV’s customer address verification system was discovered early this morning following a weekend upgrade to NCDMV’s software applications. The N.C. Department of Information Technology diagnosed and corrected the problem at about 11 a.m. Monday.
The issue also temporarily affected NCDMV’s driver license renewal online services, but the online services are also working again.
