Cell Phone and Landline service will be compromised in Kelly

From Bladen County Emergency Management : Effective Immediately as of 1:40 pm

We have been told that the Cell Phone and Land line Phone Service within the Kelly area will be compromised until further notice.

If you need evacuation, please call 911 immediately.
