Cape Fear Propane recently donated a two-way radio tower to be used by Bladen County Public Safety for a backup tower site in Ammon.

The tower is a 100-foot radio tower that Cape Fear Propane no longer needed and will be used to provide backup radio communications for law enforcement, fire and rescue.

Scott Johnson, district manager for Cape Fear Propane, said, “We are pleased to do our part to assist local law enforcement and emergency services in any way we can. We are glad that this tower can be used to the betterment of our community.”
