Holidays are fast approaching. Brandon Smith, Accounting Technician with Bladen County Solid Waste announced the Christmas and New Year holiday hours for the county’s solid waste.
Hours of Operation for Tuesday, December 24 thru Thursday, December 26 – Christmas:
All convenience sites will be operating from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tuesday. All convenience sites will be closed Wednesday. Normal operations shall resume Thursday. The Transfer Station will be closed in observance of the holiday. Normal operations shall resume Friday, December 27.
Bladen County Solid Waste Hours of Operation for Wednesday, January 1 – New Year’s Day:
All convenience sites, except Mercer Mill Road location, will be closed as usual. Mercer Mill Road location will be operating on regular schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Transfer Station will be closed in observance of the holiday. Normal operations shall resume Thursday, January 2.
