Wilmington, NC – Lower Cape Fear LifeCare is offering 90-minute “Navigating Grief” workshops in Elizabethtown for those dealing with the death of a loved one.

Each workshop focuses on a specific aspect of grief and the grieving process. Upcoming topics include Self-Care in the New Year on Feb. 4, Understanding Grief and Loss on Apr. 7, and Kids, Teens and Grief on June 2.

The workshops are held noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Bladen Office, 103 E. Dunham Street in Elizabethtown. Pre-registration is required; to register, call 910-515-6689.
