Dublin, NC- Bladen Community College is happy to announce that Tom Daniel will be back on campus to provide three required continuing education seminars for local realtors. Daniel has been providing real estate education in the Carolinas for over 25 years.
The Broker-in-Charge Annual Review will be provided on Monday, February 3rd from 1PM-5PM.
On Tuesday February 4th, the Real Estate General Update will be presented from 8:30AM-12:30PM with the final session on NAR Real Estate Ethics presented from 1:30PM-5:30PM.
All seminars will be held in the Teaching Auditorium in the new Workforce Development Building, number 14 on the main campus of BCC in Dublin.
The registration fee for each session is $70 per person.
Most real estate agents only need the two sessions on Tuesday. Everyone is reminded to bring current NC real estate pocket renewal cards to each session.
