DUBLIN – Local attorney and community volunteer, Whitley Ward, has been appointed by Governor Cooper to a four-year term as a trustee for Bladen Community College. Ms. Ward took the oath of office at a recent Bladen Community College board meeting. Mr. Larry Hammond completed his board term and was also recognized at the meeting for his distinguished service.
