Horace Munn, President of the Bladen County Improvement Association (PAC) sent the following text message to Minnie Price at 5:04 a.m. on Sunday, November 22, 2020 after the recount of ballots for the third seat for County Wide County Commissioner.
Ms. Price would like Mr. Munn to tell her the names of her crew.
“Minnie and her crew collected their fruit vegetables and meat to celebrate Cogdell lost for Thanksgiving. However, that was not the case nor the end. God stepped in and said, not yet, he has been a good and faithful servant, so I grant him Four more years to serve the citizens of Bladen County. This election revealed the sinester intent of my people. “Some more to be”.”
