SOUTHEASTERN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (SEDC), ELIZABETHTOWN, NC:

Economic Development and Planning agency serving 12 counties in southeastern NC is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time administrative assistant position.

Performs a variety of assignments to provide secretarial, accounting and program assistance for the Executive Director. Must be detailed oriented.

Critical experience and skills:

Strong interpersonal communication; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; and knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.

Minimum requirements:

An Associate Degree in related fieldis preferred; supplemented by at least three (3) years of experience in accounting, secretarial and office management work, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Salary: Hourly wage to commensurate with experience.
