NC Cooperative Extension wants to help ensure you are canning your low acid foods safely by checking the accuracy of your dial gauge.
Bring your canner lid by the Bladen County Extension Office at 450 Smith Circle Elizabethtown, NC 28337 between 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 24th for testing! Brands that can be tested at our office include National, Magic Seal, Maid of Honor, and Presto.
