Ingredients:
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup milk (any variety)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– Pinch of salt
– Butter or oil, for cooking
