I mentioned, in the past, a nephew walking the Appalachian Trail … started in Georgia, if my memory is not playing games … mmm … over 2,000, maybe more like 2,500 miles … He has been on the trail for a couple of months, maybe more … Last report yesterday … in Connecticut, still about 800 miles to his final destination … Made out of better ‘stuff’ than me … and about 60 years younger … Young, single, served about 5 or 6 years or more in the military … taking a break from college … Sorting it all out … Super young man…
