Family Nurse Practitioner Angela Fields has joined the medical staff of Southeastern Health and began providing care at Southeastern Medical Clinic Gray’s Creek on October 12.
Fields, a resident of Tar Heel, earned an associate’s degree in nursing from Robeson Community College in 2001. She completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2005 and a master’s degree in nursing with family nurse practitioner focus in July 2015.
Fields has worked with Southeastern Health for 14 years, serving in roles including supervisor of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation as well as a nurse in the intensive care unit.
She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner, cardiac vascular nurse, and clinical exercise physiologist.
