We have heard about blue-dog democrats for years, (would vote for a blue dog before voting for a republican), now die-hard republicans are in a tough spot. Looked up die-hard…Webster’s definition “stubborn in resistance; unwilling to give in. A stubborn or resistant person; especially, an extreme conservative.”
Voters in both parties are divided in their thought process…do I vote party or the person who is best for our nation? Neither party appears to have a clear (great) choice.
The days ahead will not be pretty, and how does all the ‘ugliness’ affect our young voters?
There will be no shortage of news for the next 6 months. Wake me when it’s over.

And how about North Carolina leaders suing the US and the US suing the state? High-powered law firms must be ‘licking their chops’. Guess who will pay the bill? Both parties playing with our taxpayer dollars.
I love North Carolina and I love the USA, but our leadership at both levels are difficult to understand.
