Bladen County Animal Shelter will be waiving the adoption fee for all dogs from Monday, Aug. 29, through Friday, Sept. 9. You will still be required to pay the $25 vaccination fee for the dogs. The shelter is full and we hope that waiving the adoption fee for these two weeks will help get new homes for some of our dogs. We have a lot of dogs waiting on that special person to make a big difference in their life and give them the loving home they deserve.
The adoption hours are Monday- Friday from noon until 5 p.m. The shelter will be closed on Labor day. We have pictures of all of the dogs available for adoption on our facebook page (Bladen County Animal Control and Shelter).
