A quick summary of the current information on Hurricane Matthew.
- Matthew was upgraded to a Hurricane at 2 PM today and the forecast track is still expected to turn to the north this weekend.
- The hurricane is expected to continue to move northward next week, but the models are very divergent and there is still very low confidence on its exact path.
- If Matthew moves towards our area it impacts are not anticipated until the middle of next week.
