Never felt such a division in DC as now. Some are for the new administration, some opposed on any topic you choose. I listen. The meeting I am attending has representatives from all across the USA and 99.9% of what we hear from the podium is Telco business. But can’t help but hear comments in the break area. A divided nation.
One speaker yesterday was Ajit Pai, new Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Sharp young man who grew up in rural Kansas.
Today, visits to Capitol Hill, Congressmen and Senators. My list includes Rep. Rouzer, Rep. Pittenger and Rep. Jones. Some will be busy with official business. If that is the case, we see a staffer. I think for the most part, Congressman enjoy seeing constitutes from their district.
