On Monday, April 3, 76 North Carolina Highway Patrol Troopers are slated to receive promotions and new duty stations. The ceremony will be conducted at Summit Church located at 3249 Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh at 10 a.m. Two Troopers assigned to Troop B in Whiteville are scheduled to receive promotions.
Trooper K. L. Starkloff will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant and his new duty station will be Troop C, District 9, Raleigh.
Sgt. D. T. Hilburn will be promoted to the rank of First Sgt. and his new duty station will be X4, Inspections, Raleigh.
The promotions include 8 civilian and 68 sworn members from various sections within the organization.
