On Saturday, June 3, 2017, there will be a fundraiser concert for Baby JT at Cape Fear Vineyard and Winery in Elizabethtown. The concert will take place from 11 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
The concert will feature Black Swamp Hattie with special guests Papa Zita. The bands play a variety of classic and southern rock.
All proceeds will go to Baby JT’s family for medical expenses. Parents Kelsey Cox and Jacobe Higgs received the news in March baby JT’s leukemia has returned and appears to be very aggressive. Currently, Kelsey is unable to work as she is spending time with JT at the hospital and Jacobe is trying to work and travel between their home and the hospital.
Tickets cost $20 per couple and $15 for individuals. Tickets are available at area Pawn South locations or call Tammy Thompson at 910-809-0056.
