The annual summer sidewalk sales in downtown Elizabethtown are an iconic part of summertime for the county, and this year, they will continue the tradition.
Local businesses like Leinwand’s and Amy’s are known for holding these sales every year, which has become a great time of business for Elizabethtown and a good time to explore the amazing downtown area.
Leinwand’s plans to begin selling on June 28th and continue until July 6th, when other businesses around the area will begin selling.
Iconic stores downtown include Leinwand’s, Amy’s, Fisher’s, and the newest store, The People’s Emporium. Although some stores may not be doing a sale, it’s still important to support local businesses during this time to have more sales in the future.
When asked how they felt leading up to the iconic sidewalk sale, a Leinwand’s representative said, “We are very excited to do this another year for the community.”
