Traditional Schools Calendar Overview

The academic year for traditional schools will commence on August 26, 2024, following a series of optional and required teacher workdays from August 14-23. The first quarter ends on October 11, and report cards will be distributed on October 18. Students will observe several holidays, including Labor Day (September 2), Thanksgiving (November 28-29), and a Christmas/Winter Break from December 20 to January 5.

Early College Calendar Overview

For early college students, the school year will start earlier, on August 14, 2024. The early college calendar also includes several teacher workdays before the start of classes. The first quarter ends on October 11, with report cards issued on October 22. Early college students will have a spring break from March 3-7, 2025, differing from the traditional schools’ schedule.
