ELIZABETHTOWN – Are you struggling with challenges such as depression, anger, chemical dependency, gambling addiction, or other “hurts, habits, and hang-ups”? Look no further — Celebrate Recovery offers a safe space for your journey toward recovery. As a Christ-centered, 12-Step ministry, Celebrate Recovery is designed to support individuals who are seeking healing and restoration.

Every Thursday, from 6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m., the support group gathers at Elizabethtown First Baptist Church, creating a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages. The evening begins with a filling dinner served at 6:15 p.m. Following dinner, the program continues with a large group meeting at 7 p.m., where participants engage in inspiring discussions and listen to testimonies of hope and transformation. The evening concludes with small group meetings at 8 p.m., providing a more intimate setting for individuals to share their experiences, challenges, and victories with like-minded peers.

Rev. Kincy Barrow explains, “Celebrate Recovery is for anyone dealing with hurts, habits, and hang-ups, and we all have them.”

Celebrate Recovery embraces the principles of the 12-Step program, offering a comprehensive approach to recovery while integrating Christian teachings. This unique blend enables individuals to find solace, strength, and spiritual guidance throughout their journey toward healing. The program provides a safe space to explore personal struggles, gain valuable insights, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
