The NC Department of Transportation has issued an updated listing of road closings in Bladen County. They are as follows:
Closings
NC210 East at Rowan Creek
NC210 East has been closed since November 26th at a location 0.2 miles North of Brown Road in order to replace the crossline at Rowan Creek. The road will remain closed for 2-3 weeks. A signed detour will be in effect to use Beatty’s Bridge Road in Bladen /Pender counties to NC 11/53 via Atkinson.
UPCOMING CLOSINGS:
SR1708 Rosindale Road
SR1708 will be closing starting Monday (12/10) 8:00 am. At 0.27 Mi. S. of SR1719 (Vause Road) to SR1712 (Lisbon Road) 0.15 Mi. N. of SR1712. This will be closed for cross-line repair.
ELWELL FERRY:
The ferry remains closed due to high water and mechanical issues.
